ASTHMA, EXERCISE-INDUCED
Asthma attacks next a period of exercice. Generally the induced onslaught is short-lived and regresses spontaneously. The magnitude of postexertional airwayobstruction is strongly influenced by the environment in which exercice is performed (i.e. Inhalation of cool air during physicalexertion markedly augments the severity of the airway obstruction; conversely, warmhumidair blunts or abolishes it).
