AUTOLOGOUS TRANSPLANT

A transplant of an organ or tissue that is taken from the same individual. A face having blood taken a few at a time different months till a surgery to replace the blood they suppose to lose during that surgery is a form of autologous transplant. Likewise, the use of muscle tissue taken from a person's back to surgically reconstruct their damaged arm would be other form of autologous transplant.
